Rochetta M. Tobin O’Brien (Stracqualursi) age 86 of Walpole passed away February 17th at the Hearthstone at Heights Crossing in Brockton. Born in Italy, she came to the states when she was 2 years old. She was raised in Hyde Park, graduated from Hyde Park High. She lived in Dedham for many years and most recently lived in Walpole for 20 years. She was an avid gardener and was a wonderful cook. Daughter of the late Luigi & Urbina Stracqualursi. Wife of the late Edward T. Tobin & Frank O’Brien. Mother of Sheila Hartmann of Little Compton, RI, Tim Tobin of Middletown, RI, Edward Tobin of Norfolk, Jayne Tobin of Norton & Paula Scordino of Sharon. Sister of Anne O’Neil of Wrentham & Carol Pitts of Norton. Also survived by 8 grandchildren & many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours omitted, funeral service private.
